Thorough Coordination at Kaiser Office Building

VarcoMac is playing a key role in the on-site coordination at Kaiser Permanente's new medical office building in Washington, D.C.

pages_news_kaiserbimBefore a single piece of wire arrived at the project site, VarcoMac began working on the coordination and design of electrical systems for Kaiser Permanente's new medical office building in downtown Washington, D.C. All trades are involved in the coordination process, which involves the use BIM (Building Information Modeling) and clash detection. By working together, the project team has virtually eliminated all potential conflicts which has saved time, money, and has helped to accelerate the project schedule.
